It’s almost college application season! For you high school seniors across the country, life is about to get a lot busier as you begin to juggle classwork and extracurricular activities with your college visits and applications. Suddenly, your workload will seem to double, and while it might seem like there’s no end in sight, the folks at the College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC) are here to assure you that you will get through it!
To help you out, CFNC has optimized our online profiles. If you didn’t already know, we have big news: We’ve made it even easier for you to apply to colleges in North Carolina using the CFNC Application Hub!
When you first access CFNC.org, you’ll create a profile for yourself. The profile you build, or have already built, on CFNC is a terrific tool for helping you plan out how you want the next four years to look. From the CFNC Plan page, you can decide what you want to study and where you want to study it, and you can even plan your high school career to set you up for the greatest success in your studies.
Once you have the steps planned out, CFNC can also help you execute them—and this is where the Application Hub comes into play. The Application Hub is a single point from which you can manage your college applications and send the necessary transcripts to your colleges of choice. To speed up the process, your CFNC profile can auto-populate the identification sections of your college applications.
When you’re crunched for time during your senior year, any help at all can give you the push you need to meet your deadlines and that is why the Application Hub was designed. It eliminates the repetitive parts of your college applications, and it gives you time to pour your soul onto the page of your essays or to chase down teachers for letters of recommendation. Sign in to the CFNC Application Hub to begin applying for college.
